'Within These Walls' showcases the work of mixed media artist Charlie Haydn Taylor, whose graphic, multilayered depictions of domestic scenes combine traditional media and modern, digital techniques to highlight the intimacy of residential spaces.

Abstract artist Warren King presents 'Martyrs' an exhibition which explores themes of faith, sacrifice and resilience in the face of adversity. Acrylic paint is manipulated by the artist to represent historical figures who have died for their causes, showing them in a transitionary state.

RENAISSANCE RESURRECTED

‘Renaissance Resurrected’ is brought to The Lauderdale Gallery by Edinburgh College of Art educated artist Tiffany Barber. Her fascination with the grandeur of renaissance art contrasted with banal, everyday life forms the basis for her upcoming exhibition. The fusion of classic and contemporary helps to promote a dialogue concerning current social and political issues.


TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN

‘To Whom It May Concern’ is the brainchild of one of London’s most disruptive emerging street artists; Mr Trapart. His work takes a defiant, unapologetic stance against the establishment, delivered via a range of satirical cartoon motifs in a variety of media rendered onto unusual surfaces ranging from traditional canvas to salvaged roadsigns.

DIVINE FEMININE

Calypso Bené is a London based artist whose carefully balanced composition focus on expressing the female form. Using a mix of chalk, acrylic and oil paint she creates pieces which are both dynamic and compelling.

Katasha Rose is a burgeoning London based talent whose work shows a natural eye for colour and a flair for abstraction. In 'Freedom' she debuts several new pieces, which show how her style has progressed since her previous solo show 'Becoming'.

First solo exhibition by contemporary artist Albinist Llugiqi. Showcasing some of his digitally infused works with watercolour foundations. His works explore strength and delicacy in the female form.
